Terms of Service
1. What KeepTalking is
KeepTalking is a service that finds businesses matching a request you describe and contacts them for you by WhatsApp, email and AI-driven phone calls, then relays their replies to your inbox. It is operated by the owner of keeptalking.ai ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and use your own identity. You are responsible for everything done through your account and through your linked WhatsApp number. Keep your sign-in private. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
3. Acting on your behalf
When you start a task you instruct KeepTalking to message and call businesses as your assistant, using the details in your profile. You are the sender of those messages and calls. You must not use KeepTalking to harass, spam, deceive, impersonate anyone else, send unlawful content, or contact people who have asked not to be contacted. We may pause or end an account used that way.
4. AI and accuracy
Messages, calls and summaries are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or misunderstand what a business said. Check anything that matters, such as prices, times and addresses, before relying on it. KeepTalking does not enter contracts for you; any agreement is between you and the business.
5. Your WhatsApp
Linking your WhatsApp is optional. You confirm you are the account holder of that number and that you accept WhatsApp's own terms for linked devices. We are not responsible for actions WhatsApp takes on accounts that send automated or unsolicited messages.
6. Free allowance, credits and payment
Every account includes a small free allowance of calls, messages and searches. Beyond that, usage is paid from a prepaid credit balance at the per-call, per-message and per-search prices shown in Billing before you confirm. Credits never expire. They are not transferable and, except where the law requires it, are not refundable once bought. Prices may change; changes apply to new usage only. Where a mobile platform restricts how credits can be purchased, credits may be bought on keeptalking.ai and used in the app.
7. Calls
Calls are placed by an AI voice agent and are recorded and transcribed for you. You are responsible for only requesting calls that are lawful in your country and the recipient's, including any obligation to tell the recipient that the call is recorded or automated.
8. Our service and its limits
KeepTalking is provided as is. We rely on third-party AI, telephony, messaging and payment providers and cannot guarantee that every search finds leads, every message is delivered or every call connects. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost business or anything a contacted business does or fails to do.
9. Content and ownership
You keep ownership of what you upload and write. You give us the right to process it to run the service. The KeepTalking name, software and designs are ours.
10. Ending the service
You can stop using KeepTalking and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, with notice where reasonable. Unused credits on an account we close for a breach are forfeited; on an account you close voluntarily, contact us and we will refund the unused prepaid balance where the law requires it.
11. Changes, law, contact
If we change these terms materially you will see a notice when you next sign in. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live. Contact: support@keeptalking.ai.
