Delete your KeepTalking account

Deleting your account removes your profile, campaigns, leads, messages, uploaded files, call recordings and transcripts, unlinks your WhatsApp and wipes its login keys. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Unused credits are lost unless you contact us first.

In the app or on the web
  1. Sign in and open Settings.
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Type your email address and confirm.
If you can't sign in

Email support@keeptalking.ai from the address on the account, subject "Delete my KeepTalking account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.

Payment records are kept for accounting as the law requires, without any link to you. See the Privacy Policy, section 6.
